Payment/Shipping Information


Winning bidders will be notified by PCA. PCA is not and cannot be responsible or liable for any problems, delays, or any other issues or problems resulting out of use of the Internet generally or specifically, including but not limited to transmission, execution or processing of bids.

Payment - You are expected to pay for your purchases in full within 14 calendar days of the sale, and to remove or have shipped, the property you have bought by that date. Payment can be made by credit card, cash (if in person), wire transfer, or bank check.

Shipping - Winning bidders are also responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs as determined by PCA. All shipments will be sent by UPS Ground, unless other arrangements are made for domestic shipments. For international shipments, United States Post Office Express Mail or UPS Expedited will be used. No shipping or handling charges will be assessed to lots that are picked up in person.

After payment has been made in full, PCA may, as a service to buyers, arrange to have property packed, insured and shipped at your request and expense. For shipping information, please contact PCA. In circumstances in which PCA arranges and bills for such services via invoice or credit card, we will also include an administration charge. Packages shipped internationally will have full value declared on the shipping form.
